Family crisis: training or bankruptcy
When a family shatters, deep wounds emerge that do not resolve with legal formulas.
Behind each file there are children who need emotional continuity, fathers and mothers who should be supported - not simplified in clichés.
Too often, however, cultural automatisms or depersonalizing technicalities are falling. The maternal figure is still seen as "predefined", the father relegated to the role of taxpayer. But the emotional truth is more complex.
To really face these challenges, formed professionals, supervised and capable of grasping the human dimension beyond the procedural one are needed.
Institutional investments, serious recruitment, highly qualified training, a culture of mediation and relational maturation are needed. The crisis of families is also the mirror of a system that has yet to learn to protect what can no longer afford to trample: childhood.
